Studies are showing more than just the expected benefits like more energy and a sharper mental focus, although they are finding those too. Researchers are finding that a good eight hours of sleep each night also improves the immune system, helping to prevent the cold and flu and lessen the severity, even if caught. That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
